Judge Rules Federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) Unconstitutional

Terrific news!  The judge says basically that discriminating against same-sex couples serves no legitimate government interest.  The case could be appealed by the Department of Justice.  I hope they decide not to appeal.
