Supreme Court Accepts Case on Prosecutorial Immunity
This is a contentious issue, and Ed Brayton explains it well. Sure, prosecutors should have immunity for doing their jobs, but if they break laws by hiding evidence, for example, they should not have immunity and should be prosecuted themselves.
