| It is always rather difficult to read something wildly popular, not knowing if it will live up to the hype. I finally decided to read Twilight after the movie came out. Twilight is a romance about 17 year old Bella. She moves to Forks, Washington, the wettest part of the U.S., to live with her father for a while. In high school she meets Edward Cullen, and soon uncovers the secret that he and his foster siblings are vampires. She and Edward fall in love, and she becomes part of his family, which is good when she is in danger from rogue vampires. It is a good story. It didn't make as much of an impression on me as it did on others, but it was ok. | |
