William Rivers Pitt: Has a Shake-Up Started in Washington?

This column from William Rivers Pitt points to some hopeful movement in Congress that might get legislation moving again:  one, some willingness to compromise on the part of a few who have been intransigent before - namely Joe Lieberman sponsoring a bill to end Don't Ask, Don't Tell, and the new Massachusetts Senator Scott Brown voting yes on the jobs bill.  Also, some Democrats, including Harry Reid, are showing signs of finding their backbone (in my mind, the Dems worst problem) and moving to pass bills without the Republicans.
