The Daily Beast has this ranking of the 57 largest metropolitan areas in the U.S. from most to least crazy, based on "using four criteria: psychiatrists per capita, stress, eccentricity and drinking levels". The most fun part is the factoid about each city. I'm disappointed that Atlanta comes in at #46, but the factoid is er, interesting: "Crazy Law: It is illegal to make faces at schoolchildren while they are studying."
