U.S. Defense Spending

There's a lot of argument on this topic, so people should have the facts.  According to IISS, a highly regarded think tank on military and strategic issues, the U.S. accounts for 60% of the world's spending on defense.  That's 60% U.S., 40% the rest of the world combined.
