Bad News from California

Prop. 8 has been upheld. I don't at all see how this can be legal, but I'm not on the California court nor a lawyer.

Marriage Equality is a matter of civil rights.

    It's pretty much what I expected, having read the transcripts of the hearing. It's still a bitter pill, though.
